Vegan coleslaw

1 cup veganaise
1 TB dijon mustard
Olive oil
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 TB red wine vinegar
1 TB capers
1/2 head of green cabbage shredded
1/2 head of purple cabbage shredded
1-2 carrots shredded
Salt & pepper to taste (I like a lot of fresh ground, black pepper)

T. Preparacion → 10 min

T. Cocinado → 0 min

1. Combine vegetables in a large bowl

2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cabbage is lightly coated
