Zucchini gratin

Ingredientes

6 Zucchini sliced
2 eggs
150g parmesan
5 spoons of cottege cheese
40g butter
100g gruyere cheese

Instrucciones

1. pre heat oven to 350
melt butter
mix cottege cheese with gruyere
add butter to the mix
add eggs
add salt and pepper
mix everything together

2. saute zucchini until soft and golden

3. spread 1/2 of the zucchini on the baking dish,
add the cheese mix
add the remaining zucchini on top
spread parmesan on top.

4. bake for 20 min.
