1 cup caster sugar
1 cup coconut

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparazione
1. Mix all together and put in oven on 180oC for about 40 minutes. A date loaf tin is the ideal size. Cake can be iced with your choice of icing, just sprinkled with coconut or icing sugar - or served as is. Beautiful when served warm with a dollop of cream.
