A nice pale or heavy ale

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 30 min

1. Get a large pan and put the ale into the pan, warm up the ale to a nice simmer and add in sausages of any kind and any amount.
Keep the sausages in the pan until cooked nicely, the sausages will be fragile by now, slowly take the bangers out and place on a plate.
Put the bangers on the BBQ for a few minutes or until there is a charcoal effect.

2. Serve the banger how ever you want - the spices from the ale will be in the bangers, choose and ale to your taste
