Alice's marshmallow icing
Ricetta di Debbie Plummer Moore
Ingredienti
2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt
Preparazione
1. Mix all ingredients in a double boiler.
2. Beat with a hand mixer until it stands in peaks.
3. Add 1 tsp vanilla, and continue beating until thick enough to spread.
