Apple cinnamon caramel crunch

6 cups apple-cinnamon cereal
1 cup raisins
2 cups broken pretzels
1 1/2 cups mixed nuts
1 1/3 cups sugar
3/4 cups margarine
1/2 cup Karo syrup

1. Preheat oven to 350.
Spray the bottom of a large roaster pan with PAM. Place the first 4 ingredients into prepared pan.
Combine sugar, margarine and Karo syrup in a saucepan. Boil 10 minutes or until temperature reaches 280 on a candy thermometer.
Pour over cereal and mix well.
Bake 18-20 minutes, remove and stir halfway through baking time. Pour onto a large cookie sheet or aluminum foil.
Break into pieces and store in a tightly covered container
