Ingredienti
Crust
½ cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
Blend crust until crumbly. Pack into greased 9 square pan. Bake 350N for 15 minutes.
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Dried apricots
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup brown sugar, packed
Preparazione
1. In covered sauce pan, simmer dried apricots in water to cover for 15 minutes. Drain and chop. Combine filling ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Pout over crust and bake 30 minutes. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
