2 cans artichokes, rinsed
2 bunches green onions chopped fine
1/2 lemon juice
Dill, mint, salt and pepper to taste

Preparazione → 20 min

1. Saute artichokes and onions in a little oil.
Top with water and cook until tender.
Drain, add lemon and seasoning.
