175g unsealed butter
200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
75g cocoa powder
100g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
300g golden caster sugar
4 large eggs

Preparazione → 15 min

Cottura → 20 min

1. Heat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 20 x30cm baking tin.

2. Melt the butter & chocolate together in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, mixing until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl mix together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and sugar.

4. Add these dry ingredients to the melted chocolate. Beat the eggs together before gradually adding to the chocolate mixture.

5. Pour into the baking tin and place in the oven. It should still be soft to the touch and a little bit sticky when finished.
