Cheese Casserole Bread di Laura McCracken - Recipefy

2 c warm milk (105 to 115 degrees)
2 pkgs yeast
3 T sugar
1 T butter
1/2 t salt
4 1/2 flour
6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 or 2 T green herbs

Preparazione → 20 min

Cottura → 50-55 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine warm water and yeast stirring to dissolve,, set aside

3. Combine sugar, butter, salt and add to the yeast mixture. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour, cheese and green herbs.

4. Pour into a well buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with waxed paper.

5. Let raise in a warm place until double - about 1 hour.
