Ingredienti per 6-8 servings

one large package frozen chopped broccoli
2 pounds boneless chicken, parboiled 10 min., cut int 1 inch pieces

SAUCE
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 -10 3/4 ounces cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
As needed 1/4 to 1/2 cup of milk (to thin sauce)

TOPPING
4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Preparazione

1. in a 9 x 13 Pan, Place broccoli and chicken

2. mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl. pour over broccoli and chicken

3. mix melted butter and bread crumbs, crumbly mixture, sprinkle over top of casserole

4. in 350° oven bake 35 to 45 min. till bubbly.
