4oz marg
4oz sugar
2 eggs
1 and a half oz drinking chocolate
4oz S.R flour

Preparazione
1. Cream the marg and sugar until light and creamy.
2. Beat the eggs and add a little at a time.
3. Beat the mixture well.
4. Sift together the flour and the drinking chocolate and fold into the marg and sugar mix.
5. Add a little milk if to stiff and pour into a sandwitch tin.bake for 20 -25 minutes.
6. When cool cover with choc buter icing.
