Classic Pumpkin Pie di Laura McCracken - Recipefy

Single pie crust
2 eggs
2 cups cooked pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tap salt
1 3/4 tap pumpkin pie spice
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk (12 oz can)

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 60 min

1. Preheat oven to 425°

2. Beat eggs slightly, then beat in remaining ingredients.

3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350°. Bake 45 minutes or until pie is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover pie edge with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
