Crunch top potatoes

6 tbsp butter
3 or 4 lrg baking potatoes, pared, cut into 1/2 inch crosswise slices
3/4 c crushed corn flakes
1 c crushed sharp cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika

Cottura → 30 min

1. Melt butter in 15x10 in. pan at 375 degrees.
Add single layer of potatoes, turn once in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over.
Bake 30 minutes or until done and tops are crisp.
Serve hot.
