Deviled ham and cheese ball

2 (4.5 oz.) cans deviled ham 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. dry ranch salad dressing mix 1/2 cup finely chopped green sweet pepper 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.) 3/4 cup unsalted, dry roasted sunflower seeds.

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds. Separate into two equal portions; refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until firm enough to handle. Form each portion into a ball; roll balls in sunflower seeds to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers or toasted baguette slices. Makes 3 cups spread.
