Fall off the Bone Ribs Recipe di urshy - Recipefy

Marinade
3 pork spare ribs
2-3 garlic cloves, skin on
1-2 medium sized rosemary springs
juice of 1 lemon
salt
pepper
olive oil

Baking
5-6 garlic cloves, crushed and skin on
3 rosemary springs
pepper

Final rub
1 tsp horseradish sauce
1-2 tsp mustard
1-2 tbsp cooking juices to loosen up the rub

1. For the marinade just mix all up together and rub it in to the meat. Cover with tin foil and let to marinade for a couple of hours or over night.

2. Preheat the oven to 180C.

3. Place the ribs and all of the marinade in to a baking dish. Crush the garlic cloves and add to the meat, sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Cover the baking tray with foil and bake for 2 hours.

4. After 2 hours remove the foil, mix up the final rub and just smear it on a baked meat (turn around end smear on both sides). Then rise the oven temperature to 200C and place the meat back to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until they are lovely and crispy on the upper side.

5. *serve it with baked potatoes and salad
