2 oz of cheese.
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
6 Sage leaves chopped.
4 oz of streaky bacon.
1/2 oz of Butter.
1 medium onion thinly sliced.
9 oz of mushrooms sliced.
2 tomatoes sliced.

Cottura → 20 min min
1. Beat the eggs with the cheese and herbs.
Fry the chopped up bacon in the butter add onions cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in mushrooms and tomatoes cook until onion soft.
Pour the eggs mix over the bacon and vegetables in frying pan and cook.
When the underside is dune finish by putting under the grill until golden brown and fluffy.
