Homemade ginger dressing

Ingredienti
1/2 C ginger
1C carrot
2 C onion
1C celery
3/4 C rice vinegar
3/4C soy sauce
1 to 1.5 C vegetable oil
splash of lemon juice and sesame oil optional

Preparazione
1. Peel vegetables. Roughly cut up. Put vegetable into food processor or blender. Pulse them. Add liquids and pulse more until everything is mushy.
