Lamb and apricot

Ingredienti per 4 people
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 lamb steaks cubed
2 lamb stock cubes
water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp apricot jam
Dried apricots chopped small (approx 8)
Preparazione → 15 min
Cottura → 30 min

Facile
Preparazione
1. Fry lamb for 3/4 minutes and remove from pan
2. Fry onions to soften and add garlic
3. Return the lamb to the pan
4. Add stock and water and bring to the boil
5. Add jam and simmer until jam mixes
6. Add cinnamon, salt and pepper
7. Add apricots
8. Simmer for 20 mins
