1 (6.5-ounce) package of Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
2 dozen, very small, fingerling potatoes
6 slices of bacon, crisped and finely chopped
6 to 8 cherry peppers
Olive oil
Kosher salt
Pepper, fresh, ground
Chives
Lemon zest

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Toss potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper, and place on a baking sheet. Roast potatoes in 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.

3. Make Gremolata: Dry cherry peppers thoroughly. Finely chop. Combine with chives, bacon and lemon zest. Set aside.

4. Let potatoes cool slightly. With paring knife, cut small slit into potatoes. Pinch to open. Fill with 1/2 teaspoon of Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese and top with Gemolata.
