Ingredienti

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2-1/2 cups flour

1. Cream butter and sugar, blend in egg and flavoring. Mix in flour. Put dough through a cookie press. Mom used the star shape and made S-shaped cookies.

2. Bake at 425 degrees about 7-9 minutes on the next to top shelf.
