Nargis’ plain cake
Ricetta di Jaffer Family Recipes
½ lb. Margarine (2 Squares)
1 ½ cups White Sugar
6 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups All Purpose Flour (Level)
4 tsp Baking Powder (Level)
½ cup Milk (2% or Homo)
Cottura → 30 min
1. Use electric hand mixer for mixing everything.
2. Beat softened margarine and sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Add 1 cup of flour and 2 tsp. of baking powder and mix.
5. Add ¼ cup of milk and mix.
6. Add remaining flour and baking powder and mix.
7. Add remaining milk and mix.
8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until centre springs back.
