Nutty breakfast balls
Ricetta di
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup macadamias
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup almond paste or other nut butter (peanut paste would work too)
1 tablespoon rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar (I used brown sugar) - optional
2 tablespoons hot water
Desiccated coconut and cacao (optional for rolling in)
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 0 min
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until consistency of sticky.
2. Scoop large teaspoon of mixture and roll into balls.
3. Roll in coconut or cacao if you choose.
4. Place in fridge to set.
