Perfect boiled shrimp di Schalene Dagutis - Recipefy

3 quarts water
1 bay leaf
1 lemon, quartered
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 pound shrimp

Preparazione → 10 min

Cottura → 15 min

1. Heat water, bay leaf, lemon, and peppercorns to boiling in a large pot. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

2. Remove shrimp shells and devein the shrimp. (You can leave the shells on, your preference.) Add shrimp and cook until pink and slightly firm to the touch, about 3 minutes. Drain immediately and cool under cold running water.

3. Serve with Pete’s cocktail sauce.
