Poor man's cold broccoli salad

Ingredienti per 8-10 people

2 Large bunches or broccoli (crowns only)
1 lb of bacon fried crisp (drained and crumbled) or Bacon bits
12oz Mozzarella cheese (shredded) (type of cheese is to your liking)
1/2 small red onion (Chopped fine) (optional)
1 cup of raison's (optional)
Dressing
Sweet and Sour dressing

1. Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in 13x9 glass dish
Mix dressing ingredients
Pour dressing over broccoli 15 min before serving
