Prawn curry.
Ricetta di David Le Mottee
1 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of garlic puree
1/2 teaspoon black onion seeds
1 tablespoon of medium curry powder
230g can of chopped tomatoes
7 oz of cooked peeled prawns
2 tablespoons of mango chutney
fresh coriander leaves, to garnish.
Preparazione → 5 min min
Cottura → 10 min min
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the garlic puree,
black onion seeds and curry powder and fry
for 30 seconds.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 min.
2. Add the prawns and mango chutney and heat
through for 2 min.
3. Garnish with cariander and serve.
