Quick black forest trifle.
Ricetta di David Le Mottee
425g can of pitted black cherries
3 double chocolat chip muffins, sliced
4x60g pot of chocolate mousse
7fl oz of whipping cream,whipped
1 oz of chopped, toasted hazelnuts
Preparazione → 10 min min
1. Pour off 4 tablespoons of juice from the can of cherries
and drian off the rest.
Place a few cherries into 4 glasses, then a layer of muffin.
2. Drizzle a little of the cherry juice over, then spoon half
a tub of chocolate mousse into each glass.
Repeat with the rest of the cherries,muffins
and chocolate mousse.
Then top with the cream
3. Chill and serve sprinkld with nuts.
