ricotta fritters recipe
Ricetta di2 cups whole milk Ricotta
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp heavy cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 Tbsp fresh chopped basil and parsely
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 vegetable oil
1. 1. In a bowl with Ricotta, add eggs and heavy cream: whisk.
2. 2.Grate cheese inside: season with salt and pepper. '
3. 3. Add herbs and flour: mix.
4. 4.Heat vegetable oil in skillet: (nice and hot) take a small measuring cup scooper, and scoop batter in skillet: cook 2 mins on each side.
5. 5.When done, put on paper towel, over plate. let cool off and serve
