Roasted yellow squash

Ingredienti per 4 servings
2 cups yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch thick half moons
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparazione
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix.
2. Place squash on a baking sheet in a single layer, in the lower part of the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bottom is golden.
