Sausage cheese balls

3 cups Bisquick
1 pound hot sausage
12 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Dash Tabasco sauce
Water as needed

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Form small balls (bite size).
2. Bake at 425 degrees until brown about 10-14 minutes.
