1/2 cabbage
1/2 medium onion
12 oz polish sausage
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
dash of sea salt
1 tbs butter

Preparazione
1. In one skillet, render some of the fat from the polish sausage.
In another skillet melt the butter and add salt, onion and cabbage. Cook on medium until wilted.
Add the sausage and crushed red pepper flakes. Cover for 10 minutes and stirring twice.
