Spinach, strawberry salad with goat cheese

1/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
3 Tbsp poppy seeds
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced red onion
1/2 tsp Hungarian sweet paprika
1/4 tsp salt
12 cups torn spinach (2 lbs)
4 cups halved strawberries
4 Tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1 6-ounce log of goat cheese

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Combine spinach, strawberries and crumbled goat cheese in a large bowl.
Toss with dressing, and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Serve.
