Strawberry nut bread

Ingredienti

3 cup flour 1 tsp soda 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Cinnamon 2 cups sugar 4 eggs beaten 1 1/4 cup oil 2-10 ounce pkgs. Strawberries with juice (thaw slightly) 1 cup pecans, if desired

Preparazione

1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and mix until blended with dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan. If desired, when cool, cut into thin slices and put together fro sandwiches with 1-8 oz. Pkg. Softened cream cheese mixed with 1/3 cup strawberry preserves. Chill before serving. Makes about 4-5 dozen small sandwiches.
