Sugar cookies

Ingredienti

¾ cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
2 cups flour

Preparazione

1. Preheat oven ti 400F/200C/GM 6

2. Mix all ingredients except flour together in a large mixing bowl with a spoon. Stir in flour slowly until combined and dough is formed.

3. Drop dough by the tsp, 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min, until edges are lightly brown.
