200g semi sun-dried tomatoes
2tsp olive oil
1 clove garlic pealed and degermed
25g pine nuts
salt and pepper

Preparazione → 2 min

Cottura → 3 min

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

2. serve with an optional drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper
