Super nachos
Ricetta di1 lb. Lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 tsp. Seasoned salt 1/2 tsp ground cumin 2 (1 lb.) Cans refried beans 1 (1 1/4 oz.) Pkg. Taco seasoning mix 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese 1 (4 oz.) Can green chilies 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 3/4 cup picante sauce Tortilla chips
1. Brown meat and onion; drain well and season with seasoned sat and cumin. Combine beans and taco seasoning mix; blend well. Add grated Monterey Jack cheese; mix together. Spread beans in shallow 10x15 inch baking dish. Cover with browned meat and onion. Sprinkle chilies over meat; top with cheddar cheese. Pour picante sauce over cheese. (May be made ahead and refrigerated at this point; do not freeze.) Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Tuck tortilla chips around edge or platter and garnish, as desired, with guacamole, sour cream, green onions, and ripe olives. Makes 4 to 6 main dish servings or 10 to 12 appetizer servings.
