The best ever crockpot chili

2lbs. Ground Beef (low fat)
1 Cup Chopped Onions (one onion)
2 Cans Red Kidney Beans (drained)
2 Cans Diced Tomatoes ( not drained)
1 Green Pepper (seeded and chopped)
2 Cloves of Garlic or 1 to 2 teaspoons of garlic in jar
2 to 3 tablespoons of Chili Powder
1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
1 teaspoon of Ground Cumin
1 jar of spaghetti sauce.

Preparazione → 20 min

1. 1.) Use a 3 1/2 to 5 Quart Slow Cooker

2. 2.) Brown ground beef in skillet.

3. 3.) Chop both green pepper and onion while beef is cooking then place in crockpot.

4. 4.) Gather all other ingredients and put in crockpot.

5. 5.) After beef is fully cooked and no longer pink remove from stove.

6.) Pour beef in colander to drain fat off.

6. 7.) Put beef in crockpot.

7. 8.) Stir all ingredients together

8. 9.) Cook in crockpot on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 9 to 11 hours.

9. I like to add one teaspoon of hot pepper relish to my bowl to give it that little extra kick.
