Ingredienti

3/4 cup light mayonnaise
Oomph of Apple cider vinegar (enough to make smooth and give a little tang to the mayo)
Couple good squirts of lemon juice
1/2 tsp (kinda) crushed garlic
3 1/2 shakes of tobacco sauce
5 shakes-ish of Worcestershire sauce
Fresh sliced mushrooms
4-5 boiled eggs
1 small red onion
Real bacon, crumbled
Shredded mozzarella
12oz baby spinach

Facile

Preparazione

1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together to make the salad dressing.

2. Assemble salad, mix with dressing just before serving!
