Tiramisu cupcakes
Ricetta di
110g butter
110g caster sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Irish whiskey
110g self raising flour
1 pinch bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch baking powder
1-2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
For the buttercream
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon whiskey
1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
Cottura → 15-20 min
1. Pre-heat oven to 180*c
2. Mix butter and sugar
3. Mix flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder in separate bowl
4. Combine with butter and sugar mixture
5. Whisk eggs, whiskey, coffee powder and milk in separate bowl
6. Combine with butter/flour mix
7. Poor into cupcake cases
8. Bake for 10-20 mins
9. Let cool before decorating
10. To make butter cream:
Mix coffee and whiskey set aside
11. Whisk butter until light and fluffy
12. Gradually whisk in icing sugar
13. Add coffee and whiskey
14. Whisk until combined
