Tuna casserole
Ricetta di
2oz (per person) Elbow Macaroni
2 4oz cans of Tuna
10.5oz Can of Mushroom Soup
4 Cups of grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of frozen Peas
1 Cup of frozen Corn
Preparazione → 10 min
Cottura → 30 min
1. Start by simmering the macaroni until it's soft.
2. Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it and put it back in the pot it was cooked in.
3. Now add the can of mushroom soup, the corn, the peas, 2 cans of Tuna and gently stir everything together.
4. Put a layer of the pasta mixture on the bottom of your casserole dish and cover it with 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
5. Add the rest of the pasta mixture and gently smooth it out making sure the bottom layer is covered. Finish off by adding the last 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese to the top layer.
6. Now bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F or Gas Mark 5 for 30 - 35 minutes.
