Twice baked creamy mashed potatoes

5 lb bag of yellow potaotes
3 oz cream cheese
3 oz sour cream
3 TBL butter
1 TBL tsalt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder

Preparazione → 30 min

Cottura → 90 min

1. Boil potaoes in salted water until tender when poked with fork, drain well.

2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, pepper, garlic and onion powder

3. Beat with beaters until creamy, no lumps!

4. Put into baking dish with glass over and put into refrigerator over night

5. Bake in oven on 250 for one hour with cover on.
