1 pear
10 Strawberry's
10 Rasberry's
10 Grapes
1 Apple
Blender
2 Glass's
Knife
Chopping Board

Directions
1. Chop the bottom and top of all the fruit off and chop up into CUBE'S on the chopping board with a knife.
2. Place all the fruit into the Blender and blend until it has a smoothie texture.
3. Pour Some in the 2 Glass's.
4. Enjoy and Drink.
5. Remember this is all 5 of your five a day.

Actually it is not all of your 5 a day because smoothies and juices are only 1 of your 5 a day no matter how much fruit you add or how much of it you drink. Nice recipe though.
