Air Fryer Asian Glazed Boneless Chicken Thighs of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
2 green onions, sliced
sesame seeds

1. In a small bowl combine the balsamic, soy sauce, honey, garlic, sriracha and ginger and mix well

2. Pour half the marinade (1/4 cup) into a ziplock with the chicken and marinate at least 2 hrs, or as long as overnight. Reserve the remaining sauce for later.

3. Remove the chicken from the marinate and transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook in batches 14 mins, turning halfway until cooked through in the centre

4. Meanwhile, place the remaining sauce in a small pot and cook over med-low heat until it reduces and thickens

5. To serve, drizzle the sauce over the chicken and top with the green onion and sesame seeds
