1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill veggie soup mix
2 1/2 cups water or broth
Add anything you'd like, ie., mushrooms, onions, peppers, ... the sky is the limit!
Season as you like ... Enjoy!!

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Add all ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
