Amazing quinoa

Ingredients for 4
1 cup quinoa
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill veggie soup mix
2 1/2 cups water or broth
Add anything you'd like, ie., mushrooms, onions, peppers, ... the sky is the limit!
Season as you like ... Enjoy!!
