Water-3 -4 cups
Sugar-2 tspn (optional )
1. Cut apple into medium sized pieces.Put them in a sauce pan,add water and bring to boil.Then simmer to low flame.Cover and cook for about 30-45 mints.The water should absorb the flavour and colour of the apple pieces.
2. Remove from fire and strain the apple juice using a cheese cloth or strainer.Squeeze the cooked or apple pieces in the strainer or cheese cloth so that all the extract comes out.Discard the apple pieces.
3. Stir the apple juice and add sugar if you need.
Serve chill.
4. Notes; You can add more or less water for cooking apples.It depends on how strong you want the juice to be.If you add more water,the juice will be more dilute. and vice versa.
