Apple Milk Pudding of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Milk-2 cups
Apple-1/4 cup chopped
Cornflour-2 tblspn
Egg Yolk-of 2 eggs
Honey-2 tblpsn
Sugar-1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence-1/2 tspn

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Mix together 3-4 tblspn milk,cornflour and egg yolks without lumps.

2. Heat remaining milk in a deep pan.When the milk just starts to boil add sugar to it and stir well till sugar dissolves( don't let the milk boil ).Then add cornflour and egg yolks mix to it.Stir continuously while adding the egg yolks mixture.Continue stirring till the milk gets thicker .( thicker than that of pouring consistency ).
Then remove from fire and add vanilla essence .Mix well and let it cool down to room temp.

3. Now in pudding bowls,add apple as first layer.Then add some honey.Finally add milk as top layer.Cover the bowls with plastic wrap/aluminium foil and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.Serve chill
