Artichoke dip

Ingredients for 8 People
1 Can Small Artichoke Hearts
1 C. Mayo
1 T. Crushed Garlic
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt to Taste
Directions
1. Squeeze all liquid out of artichoke hearts. Chop well.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until top is browned.
2. Good with Ritz Crackers.
