Bacon and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
½ cup bacon bits or fresh crumbled bacon
1 tbsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 lb whole fresh mushrooms
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 6 min
1. Preheat oven to GM 6/400F/200C
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then stir in bacon, onion powder, and garlic powder.
3. Spoon into the cleaned caps of the mushrooms.
4. Place on ungreased pan and cook 4-6 minutes to warm through.
