Bacon and egg sandwich
Recipe by
8 rashers of bacon, 3 eggs, 4 rounds of toast or bread, sauce of choice.
Prep. Time → >2 min
Cook Time → 5-10 min
1. Cook the bacon under the grill on full heat. Turn them every now and then to make sure they cook evenly. Once they cook turn the heat off.
2. Toast the bread if you want toast instead of bread. Once they have toasted butter on one side.
3. Crack the eggs into a oiled saucepan and fry on medium heat. Check them every now and then. Once they are cooked take them off the heat.
4. Place the eggs onto a separate plate and chop up into chunks of your preferred size. Then add the bacon and chop up into chunks. Then spread onto the bread and add any sauce (most popular: Tomato sauce or BBQ sauce).
