Bacon and Leek Puff Pie. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

10 rashers of back bacon, chopped
1 large ieek, sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500g pack of puff pastry
5 egg's beaten
2 tablespoons of milk

Prep. Time → 20 min min

Cook Time → 35 min min

1. Preheat the oven to 200.
Put a baking sheet in to heat up.
Fry the bacon and leek in the oil for 5 minutes.
Roll out half the pastry and line a( 9in ) metal pie plate.

2. Spoon the leek and bacon into the pie.
Pour the eggs over the bacon mixture.
Use the rest of the pastry to make a lid.
Press to seal.
Brush with the milk and put the pie plate on the
heated baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.
